FelineFit Premium subscription — cancellation policy

FelineFit Premium is a digital service for one FelineFit user account. No physical product is shipped. The subscription is billed monthly at the recurring price shown at checkout (€4.99 per month when priced in EUR) and renews automatically until canceled.

You can cancel at any time in the Subscriptions section of your Purrfect Pages Studio customer account, through the “Manage your subscription” link in a subscription email, or by contacting PixelsandPages@outlook.com. Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Premium access continues until the end of the period already paid for; your FelineFit account then returns to the Free plan. Pausing the subscription or skipping a payment does not extend Premium access beyond the period already paid for.

Canceling future renewals does not itself request a refund of an earlier payment. EU consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from an online service contract within 14 days of entering into it. To exercise that right, use the “Withdrawal & Cancellation Request” link in our store footer or send a clear statement with your order details to PixelsandPages@outlook.com. Refunds and any amount payable for service already provided are handled in accordance with applicable law. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
