1. About Us

Purrfect Pages Studio is the customer-facing brand of Pixels & Pages, vl. Lidija Kuhar, a sole proprietorship registered in Croatia.

This online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products. Shopify is not the seller. Any purchase made through this store is a contract between the customer and Pixels & Pages, vl. Lidija Kuhar.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms of Service apply when you visit our website, create an account or purchase a product from Purrfect Pages Studio.

Our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Digital Delivery Policy and Legal Notice form part of these Terms and are available through the website footer and, where applicable, during checkout.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have had an opportunity to review these Terms and the relevant product information before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

3. Eligibility and Customer Information

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your country of residence or make the purchase with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe that your account or download access has been used without authorization.

4. Our Products

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the products sold by Purrfect Pages Studio are digital products delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.

We take reasonable care to describe each product accurately, including its format, contents, functionality and any relevant compatibility requirements. Please review the product description before purchasing.

Colours and visual details may appear slightly different depending on your screen, software, printer and print settings. This does not affect your rights if a product materially differs from its description or does not meet applicable legal requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have compatible software and equipment where compatibility requirements are clearly disclosed before purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products provide general educational, creative or organizational content. They are not a substitute for veterinary, medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and no particular personal or commercial result is guaranteed.

5. Prices, Orders and Payment

Prices are displayed in euros unless another currency is expressly shown.

The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes or other mandatory charges, will be displayed before you confirm the order. No physical shipping charge applies to digital-only products.

When you submit an order, you offer to purchase the selected product. The order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or make the digital product available to you, whichever occurs first.

Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, an obvious pricing or technical error, legal restrictions or inability to supply the product. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the amount paid will be refunded.

6. Digital Delivery

Digital products are normally made available after successful payment confirmation through a download link, email, customer account, order status page or another delivery method described on the product page.

Please provide a valid email address and check your spam or junk folder if the delivery message does not arrive.

Payment checks or temporary technical issues can occasionally delay delivery. If you have not received access within 30 minutes after payment confirmation, please contact us at PixelsandPages@outlook.com.

7. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Consumers in the European Union and other jurisdictions may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, that right may be lost once delivery begins only where all applicable legal requirements have been met. This includes the consumer giving prior express consent to immediate delivery, acknowledging that the right of withdrawal will be lost when delivery begins, and receiving confirmation of the contract.

If these legal requirements have not been met, your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Nothing in these Terms or in our Return and Refund Policy removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Licence to Use Digital Products

Unless a product description expressly grants a different licence, your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may:

• download and store the product on devices that you own or control;

• make reasonable backup copies; and

• print reasonable copies for your own personal use.

You may not:

• share, forward, upload or distribute the product or its download link to another person;

• resell, sublicense, rent or commercially distribute the product;

• include the product in another product, membership, course, bundle or database;

• make the product publicly available online;

• remove copyright or ownership notices;

• claim the product or its content as your own work; or

• reproduce or modify substantial parts of the product for sale or other commercial use.

A purchase does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual property rights.

If you require a classroom, professional, commercial or extended licence, please contact us before using the product for that purpose.

9. Product Conformity, Problems and Refunds

Digital content must correspond to its description and meet applicable legal requirements concerning quality, functionality, compatibility and conformity.

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order details. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate solution may include restoring access, replacing or correcting the file, reducing the price or issuing a refund.

Our Return and Refund Policy provides additional information. Your mandatory statutory remedies remain unaffected.

10. Intellectual Property

The website, branding, product designs, written content, illustrations, photographs, graphics and digital products are owned by Pixels & Pages, vl. Lidija Kuharor used with permission from their respective licensors.

They are protected by applicable Croatian, European Union and international intellectual property laws.

You may use the website and purchased products only as permitted by these Terms, the applicable product licence and the law.

“Shopify” and other third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, download-delivery services and social media platforms.

Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies to services they provide directly to you. We encourage you to review them before using an external service.

We are not responsible for unrelated content or transactions on third-party websites that we do not control. However, using a third-party service does not reduce our responsibility for fulfilling our own obligations as the seller or affect your mandatory consumer rights.

12. Reviews and Feedback

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, testimonial or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is lawful and does not violate another person’s rights.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce and display it to the extent reasonably necessary to publish the submission, operate the website and promote the product to which it relates.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing or unrelated to the relevant product.

You may contact us if you wish to request the removal of content you submitted, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.

13. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website or our services to:

• violate applicable law or the rights of another person;

• distribute malware, harmful code, spam or fraudulent communications;

• gain unauthorized access to an account, system or restricted area;

• interfere with the security or normal operation of the website;

• collect other users’ personal information without authorization;

• impersonate another person or provide deliberately misleading information;

• circumvent technical protections or download restrictions; or

• systematically copy, scrape or extract our content for unauthorized commercial use.

Reasonable use of ordinary browser, accessibility, search-engine or assistive technologies is not prohibited.

14. Availability, Corrections and Changes

We may correct typographical, technical or pricing errors and update product or website information.

Changes will not retroactively reduce the rights attached to an order already accepted. If a significant error prevents us from supplying an accepted order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, including a refund where required.

We may discontinue products or website features, but this does not affect previously acquired statutory rights or any continuing access expressly promised as part of a purchase.

15. Responsibility and Liability

We are responsible for supplying purchased digital products in accordance with the contract and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where such liability cannot legally be excluded, or any other liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, losses caused entirely by circumstances outside our reasonable control, or business losses arising from a purchase made primarily for private consumer use.

This section does not limit your rights if digital content is not supplied, is defective or does not conform to the contract.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend website or account access where reasonably necessary to protect security, investigate suspected fraud or address a material breach of these Terms.

A digital product licence may be terminated if the purchaser materially violates its licence conditions, including by unauthorized resale or public distribution.

Suspension or termination does not remove rights or remedies that arose before termination and does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

17. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because the store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify and other service providers may process certain information to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud and deliver purchases.

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about what data is collected, why it is used, how long it is retained and the rights available to you.

18. Complaints, Applicable Law and Disputes

You may submit a written complaint by email to PixelsandPages@outlook.com or by post using the address stated in our Legal Notice.

We will acknowledge receipt of a written consumer complaint without undue delay and provide a written response within 15 days of receiving it, as required by Croatian law.

We will first try to resolve any concern directly and fairly. Information about available alternative dispute resolution bodies is provided in our Legal Notice.

These Terms are governed by Croatian law. If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available under the law of your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to bring a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical or business changes.

The version applicable to a purchase is the version made available when the order was placed. Later changes will not retroactively alter an accepted order or remove existing rights.

Material changes affecting continued website or account use will be communicated where required by law.

20. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. The invalid provision will be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary under applicable law.
